A Little Holistic Oasis will hopefully be re-opening from 4th July 2020, for all sessions except Zone Facelift, Hand and Facial Reflexology and Holistic Facials.
A Little Holistic Oasis is currently closed for all touch therapies and all face to face training and Health Coaching Sessions. Please do not hesitate to contact me by phone or email for advice or any queries, I would be happy to chat things through.
Zoom or Skype Resilience for Health Coaching sessions are available.

HEALTH AND WELLBEING PRACTITIONER ~ I provide a diverse range of holistic therapies, designed to support those clients experiencing stress-related health issues and, build inner strength and resilience.
Combining my 15 year experience as a Holistic Health and Wellbeing Practitioner, with my 40 year experience as a Dental Care Professional, I have developed a particular interest in how chronic stress can create muscle tension in the jaws and the facial muscles and, how that muscle tension can lead to headaches, migraines and facial pain.
Alongside my considerable experience as a Dental Hygienist, I have trained extensively in facial therapies including, Zone Facelift therapy, Facial Reflexology, Facial Acupressure, Indian Head Massage.

With that in mind, I provide bespoke experiences for each and every client. Every client has completely different requirements and, each individual session is meticulously researched and planned, so that you receive the absolute right session for your needs.
